Most Movement Programs Burn Energy.
They Don’t Teach Control.

You see it every day:

  • Kids who can’t sit for group time

  • Big emotions from small triggers

  • Transitions that turn into meltdowns

The usual advice?
“Let them burn energy.”

But here’s the truth:
👉 Not all movement helps children regulate.
Some movement actually overstimulates them.

Flowstate Kids Builds Regulation — Not Overstimulation

Flowstate Kids is a structured movement and wellbeing program designed specifically for early learning settings.

Every session is engineered to help children:

  • Settle their bodies

  • Focus their attention

  • Feel confident and capable

And they do it all while having fun.

Boxing

Boxing is introduced to the children in a safe, structured, and engaging way. Boxing is designed to build:

• coordination
• confidence
• discipline
• balance
• controlled movement
• safe risk-taking

Children learn basic punching patterns, shadow boxing, and padwork in a fun and age-appropriate format. They are always reminded that boxing movements are used only for exercise, to stay fit, strong, focused, and never to be used on anyone.

"I really like Mr Savvas' activities. I like punching and jumping over the wriggling snake, and I like saying that I am brave and strong."
